Terms of Service

Effective: August 28, 2026

These terms are a practical launch template, not legal advice. They should be reviewed by qualified counsel before a large-scale commercial launch.

1. About Sneaker Reseller Pro

Sneaker Reseller Pro (“SRP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides software tools for sneaker resellers to track inventory, sales, fees, estimated market values, profit, return on investment, and related business information.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You may not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or attempts to disrupt the service.

3. Free and Pro plans

The Free plan currently supports up to 15 active inventory pairs. Pro plans provide unlimited active inventory and may include additional features. Plan limits, features, and pricing may change in the future; material changes will be communicated when reasonably practicable.

4. Billing and cancellation

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Current Pro pricing is $9.99 per month or $79.99 per year, unless a different price is displayed at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel an active subscription through the billing portal available inside your account. Except where required by law, fees already charged are generally non-refundable.

5. Your business data

You retain ownership of the inventory, sales, profile, and other business data you enter. You grant us the limited right to host, process, transmit, and display that data as needed to operate and improve the service.

6. Estimates and business decisions

SRP is an organizational and analytical tool, not financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. Profit, ROI, market value, fee, and deal-analysis outputs depend on the information entered and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying platform fees, prices, taxes, shipping costs, marketplace rules, and any business decision you make.

7. Third-party services

SRP relies on third-party providers such as Stripe, Supabase, and Netlify. Availability may be affected by those services. References to marketplaces or brands such as eBay, StockX, GOAT, Whatnot, Nike, Adidas, Jordan, or others do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation unless expressly stated.

8. Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer the service for unauthorized purposes, bypass subscription limits, access another user’s data, introduce malicious code, scrape protected areas at unreasonable scale, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

9. Service changes and availability

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to keep SRP available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SRP is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SRP and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

You may stop using SRP at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these terms, security threats, fraud, or legal requirements.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The effective date at the top will be updated when changes are made. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
