Privacy Policy

This policy describes the current SRP product setup. It should be reviewed by qualified counsel before a large-scale commercial launch.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide to operate your account and dashboard, including your name, email address, inventory records, purchase prices, quantities, estimated market values, sales records, platform fees, shipping costs, settings, and related reseller business information.

2. Account and authentication data

Authentication is provided through Supabase. Passwords are handled by the authentication provider and are not displayed to us in readable form. We may store account identifiers needed to connect your records to your login.

3. Payment information

Subscription checkout and billing are processed by Stripe. SRP may store Stripe customer or subscription identifiers and subscription status so we can activate the correct plan. We do not store full payment card numbers or card security codes on our application servers.

4. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service, sync your dashboard, calculate metrics, enforce plan limits, process subscriptions, provide support, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and improve product functionality.

5. Service providers

We use third-party infrastructure providers to run SRP, including Supabase for database/authentication, Stripe for payments, and Netlify for hosting and server-side functions. Those providers process information according to their own privacy terms and security practices.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers when necessary to operate SRP, comply with law, protect users or the service, investigate fraud or security incidents, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

7. Data retention

We retain account and business data while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for operations, legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and backups. Retention periods may vary by data type and provider.

8. Security

We use technical controls such as HTTPS encryption, authenticated access, database row-level security, server-side billing functions, and plan enforcement. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so you should also protect your password and devices.

9. Your choices

You can update certain profile and business information inside SRP. You can cancel a paid subscription through Manage Subscription. For requests related to account data or deletion, use the Support page.

10. Cookies and local storage

SRP may use browser storage to maintain session information, installation state, onboarding state, and related app preferences. Third-party services may also use cookies or similar technologies as part of authentication, checkout, fraud prevention, or service operation.

11. Children

SRP is intended for users capable of entering into a binding agreement and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13.

12. International processing

Depending on your location and the infrastructure used by our providers, information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Those locations may have different data-protection laws.

13. Policy updates

We may update this policy as SRP changes. The effective date at the top will be revised when updates are made.
